Production time

Each item is custom-printed when you order. Production takes 2–5 business days before the parcel ships.

Delivery windows

After production, carrier delivery times are the same for every country we ship to:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days.

Production plus delivery is therefore usually 7–15 business days with Standard shipping and 4–9 business days with Express.

Tracking

Once the parcel leaves our fulfilment partner you receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view live order status from your account on the orders page.

Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat fee per order, charged in US dollars at checkout, with the same rates for every destination:

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order — free on orders of $100 or more.
• Express Shipping: $12.99 per order — $5.99 on orders of $100 or more.

We ship to 9 countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland. Checkout only accepts delivery addresses in these countries; we do not ship anywhere else.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by your local customs authority. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Wrong address

If you spot an address error, email print@zuerifix.tech within 1 hour of ordering and we will correct it before production starts. After production begins, address changes are not possible.
